Xero BALANCE PACKAGE

This package is best suited for those who want most of their bookkeeping done for them. It includes:
- Subscription to Xero Standard ($600 per annum)

- Preparation and Lodgment of Quarterly BAS
- Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Monthly Financial Statements & Management Reports
- Monthly File Review
- Monthly Entry & Matching of Customer Receipts

- Issuing of Monthly Customer Statements

This package is best suited for those who want ALL of their bookkeeping done. It includes:
- Subscription to Xero Standard ($600 per annum)
- Receipt Bank Subscription (Unlimited)
- Preparation and Lodgment of Quarterly BAS / IAS
- Weekly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Monthly Financial Statements & Management Reports
- Monthly File Review
- Weekly Entry & Matching of Customer Receipts
- Weekly Entry & Matching of Supplier Receipts
- Payment of Suppliers
- Issuing of Monthly Customer Statements
- Posting of Necessary Journal Entries
- Payroll for up to 5 Employees
- End-of-year File Preparation
- Reconciliation of End-of-year Adjustments advised by your Accountant
- Liaison as Required with your Accountant
- Unlimited Phone & Email Support

To increase your payroll to up to 20 employees, add $21 per week
Payroll processing includes: tracking of leave entitlements, creation of payslips, end-of-year payment summaries and reconciliations.
