What is Xero?
Xero is an easy to use, powerful online accounting system that’s been designed specifically for small business.
Because it’s in the cloud, you can get a real-time view of your financial information and there’s no need to buy expensive software or install upgrades. Xero will work on a PC or Mac and is accessed through your favourite internet browser on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile.

- Collaboration with your advisors
Because it’s online, you can invite trusted advisors such as your accountant or us to collaborate with you online. This means no more inefficient or corrupted data transfers – we all work from the same page.

The privacy and security of your data is all taken care of with storage on Xero’s secure servers. It’s backed up regularly – so even if your computer is stolen, your data is safe.
- Save receipts straight into the software
Save PDF copies of your invoices and receipts against the relevant transaction – no more storing mountains of paper.
No problem. You can even lodge your employees Tax File Declaration forms from inside Xero.
